About
Hi, my name is Joshua Saari. I always struggle knowing what to say about myself, especially when trying to give information that would give helpful reference as to who I am, and why it would be of any benefit or value to whoever might be reading or listening to what I’m sharing. With that said, I will share a little about myself. I’m currently, at the time of writing, in my mid-thirties. I’m married to an incredible wife. I’m currently employed as a welder, metal fabricator at a small company that builds parts washers and cattle feeders. And most importantly I’m a Christian. Albeit one who struggles a lot… in a variety of ways… Which leads me to the reason why I’m attempting to begin this blog. As someone who has struggled with so much discouragement at times, there may not be a stronger desire in me, than to encourage those who are also discouraged, in the hope of Jesus Christ. I must honest, there is some selfish intention here, in that I’m hoping it reinforces that hope in my own heart, further laying the solid foundation on which to build, while also presenting it to those who may feel they are without hope or cannot see hope in the midst of whatever may be going on. I dare to attempt this only because I know my only confidence is in Him. And whatever I offer that has value, is only because God gives it it’s value. I’m reminded of Moses. He knew this to be true as he says to the Lord in Exodus 33:15 “If your presence will not go with me, do not bring us up from here.” God is the one who gives value. God is the one who breathes life into the weary soul.
