The other day, I stumbled upon the story behind Matthew West’s song “Hello my name is…” and it really got me thinking. How many times have I introduced myself and how have I presented myself to others? After some reflection, I realized that I wanted to share what’s been in my heart with all of you.
Hello, my name is Emnet, I’m a child of one true God! My identity is found in Christ not in my business, or jobs, or anything else for that matter. I am passionate about a lot of things, I’m passionate about my husband, I am passionate about my family, and I’m passionate about my health and wellness business. But those things are a gift from God for me to display my true identity which is that I AM A CHILD OF JESUS!
As a wife, my goal is to honor Christ and set an example for others to see what a Christ-centered marriage looks like. As a daughter, sister, or aunt, I am called to display Christ’s love through my actions.
As a business owner in the health and wellness industry, I prioritize my faith in God. I believe that my work should not define my identity, but instead serve as a platform to share the story of Jesus Christ with others and serve them. What are you passionate about?
